Venice Park House - Marghera

A Room with a View - Our room at Venice Park House had a balcony with a fantastic city view. It felt like having a front-row seat to all the beauty Venice has to offer. We enjoyed sipping our morning coffee and soaking in the picturesque scenery. Truly unforgettable!

We stayed at Venice Park House for 3 nights and it was a great choice for our visit to Venice. The owner, Anwar, was incredibly kind and attentive, even coming late in the evening to fix our internet issues. The double bed was spacious and very comfortable, and the room had a nice balcony and mini fridge. The location was convenient, with a bus stop just 2 minutes away that took us directly to Venice in 15 minutes. it was a fantastic value for the money and we highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms were super chill, with dope balcony views. The owner was so cool, showing us around the area and hooking us up with the best food spots. Only a short bus ride to Venice, where we partied like rockstars and explored the digital programming like pros.

The only thing we wished for was more of a party atmosphere at the hotel. It was a bit too chill for us young, partygoers.

The location was mind-blowing! The public transport station was super close and convenient. The room was spacious and had a jaw-dropping balcony overlooking the park. The shared bathroom and well-equipped kitchen were functional and well organized. The host was incredibly responsive and kind. an amazing experience!

The hotel's location was really convenient. We were able to reach our destination, which was a popular tourist spot, within 10-15 minutes by taking the bus. There were several dining options to choose from in the area. The room was very clean and well-kept. We also appreciated having a mini-fridge in our room where we could store our drinks.

That there was only one shared bathroom for several rooms. This could be a bit challenging during peak hours.

the service was impeccable as the staff catered to my every need, ensuring a comfortable stay. the private facilities, including a sauna and indoor pool, were exceptional and added to the luxurious experience.

Minor Location Issue the hotel's location was not ideal, as it was situated quite far from the main attractions of Venice. Although the hotel offered shuttle services, it was not very frequent, which made it difficult to plan activities in the city.

This hotel offers an incredible and exclusive experience at an unbeatable price. the luxurious and private facilities were fantastic, including the room with high-quality amenities. the location is also convenient, with great access to the nearby tram station.

The lack of reception and signage was a little confusing upon arrival. We were not informed of any common areas to relax in.

I really liked the location of Venice Park House. It was just outside of Venice, but easily accessible by public transport. The bus to Venice's city center was frequent and only took 15 minutes to reach Piazzale Roma. Plus, there was a small cafe/bar nearby with delicious and affordable croissants, baguettes, and coffee. The owner of the cafe/bar was friendly and helpful. a great place to stay while visiting Venice. Highly recommended.

Great location for exploring Venice! Easy access to public transportation. the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. the staff was friendly, and they were flexible with our check-in and check-out times. We enjoyed the affordable price and the complimentary water bottle.

The room was a bit warm, and the air conditioning didn't work well. the shared bathroom was not very clean, and we experienced some drainage issues.

Conveniently located near bus station for easy access to Venice. Clean and comfortable bedroom and bathroom. Secure gated property with keys required for entry. Helpful and accessible staff. Lovely balcony and spacious room.

The service at this hotel was excellent. the staff was always available and responsive, ensuring that all of my needs were met during my stay. the exclusive amenities provided in the room were luxurious and added a touch of elegance to my experience. the bar/lounge area was well-appointed and provided a relaxing space to unwind after a long day of exploring.

the sound isolation in the room was poor, allowing noise from neighboring rooms to filter in.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were all very helpful and accommodating. The location was convenient, with a bus stop nearby, making it easy to get around the city. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. It was also easy to get here from the airport, a big plus.

The hotel is conveniently close to Venice city center which is just 15-20 minutes away by public transport. It is located near a bus stop and is easily accessible to the Venezia stop. the room and bathroom were comfortable for the price and the owner was helpful, providing guests with a bottle of water upon arrival and showing them around the area, including the closest food places and supermarkets. the location also provided guests with easy access to a tram and many halal food options.

The internet connection was poor and the cups provided in the hallway for tea and coffee were not always cleaned properly by other guests.

Friendly owner, comfortable bed, clean rooms, convenient location, helpful staff, spacious balcony and fridge.
